General:
Apply the idea of big data and lean to industrial customers, and help them
reduce production cost and improve efficiency.
Develop data-driven solutions to reduce energy or manufacturing cost of plants
.
Develop powerful data-driven analytics to help to solve previously unsolvable
(and even unknown) problems that undermine efficiency in complex manufacturing
environments: hidden bottlenecks, operational rigidities, and areas of
excessive variability.
Responsible for analyzing customers production systems or processes to
identify potential productivity and efficiency improvement solutions.
Works with software development engineers to develop IT based solutions to
help customers save money, energy and improve productivity.
Desired Skills/Experience:
* Experience with data mining, statistics, optimization technologies
* Experience in Lean and six sigma
* Develop information technology based productivity and efficiency improvement
solutions for factories and plants
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Bachelors or masters degree in industrial engineering, systems engineering
or related area
岗位职责
1 熟悉工业工程流程，负责项目工程中优化方面的技术支持与审核；
2 拟订工业流程优化设计方案，配合完成工厂能效系统优化设计，审核设备图纸和流程优化方案；
3 组织、协调、监督项目工程施工各个环节中系统概述方面的工作；
4 协调沟通各参建单位之间的关系；
5 组织系统工程的验收；
任职资格
1 数学、统计专业优先，工业工程、机电工程类相关本科及以上学历；
2 3年以上工矿企业工作经验；
3 熟悉企业内部流程项目设计、施工管理的工作流程和规范，具备扎实的节能改造专业知识；
4 具有较强的各阶段设计图纸的审核能力，较强的分析解决问题的能力，勤奋敬业、责任心强，具有团队合作精神。
5 有工厂节能工程项目经验者优先考虑。
