1.Bachelor degree in Engineering
2.Certification issued by relevant local authorities
3.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience on construction worksites
4.Familiar with regulations and laws in regards to work safety, procedures of construction, accident reporting and approval process for construction projects
5.Good computer skills and English communication
