Job description工作职责：
1. Drive TPM project to continuously improve machine PM, BM, SPM, and reach outstanding result in view of OEE.
推动TPM项目，不断提高设备的PM，BM，SPM效率，已期达到杰出的OEE指标。
2. Plan, prepare and control machines maintenance.
计划，准备，监督设备的维修保养。能单独负责一个或几个生产车间的设备。
3. Maintain the master data and records of maintenance at high quality level.
制定各种设备维修保养内容，并维护保养记录。
4. Track and follow up maintenance related activities, and trigger corrective actions or evaluate further improvement possibilities.
跟踪和执行设备维护计划，提出相关设备改进方案。
5. Create a warehouse for spare parts of machines.
建立设备的备品、备件仓库。
6. Improve maintenance team technical competence.
提高设备维修团队技术能力。
7. Participate in new machine development project.
参与新设备的开发项目。
Minimum Experience & Qualifications 职位要求:
1. College degree or above in mechatronics
大专及以上学历，机电一体化专业。
2. With rich experience in electromechanical integration machine maintenance and good strong practical ability. Min.5 years of machine maintenance experience.
具有丰富的机电一体化设备维修经验，动手能力强。至少5年设备维修保养经验。
3. Good knowledge and working experience on mechanical design, electrical control and pneumatic control system.
良好的机械设计、电气控制和气动控制系统的知识和工作经验。
4. Good knowledge of electrical control diagram.
懂电气控制原理图。
5. Familiar with PLC and relevant programming
熟悉PLC控制和相关的编程。
