Main Duties：

As the package owner of project team, lead all engineering activities of instrument & control system in design, procurement and construction phases;

Lead I&C members in a project, assign and review works by team members.

Manage LDI and subcontractors. Coordinate with client.

Prepare design specification/report on concept and basic design phase;

Cost estimate on basic design phase;

Prepare P&ID, instrument list, datasheet, sequence of operation, installation detail, layout and all design documents on detail design phase.

Prepare specification of control system, field instrument, control valve and installation.

Prepare technical tender documents for procurement of I&C package.

Evaluate vendor’s bidding documents and manage vendor shop design;

Work across functionally with process, mechanical, CSA and electrical engineers;

Join and supervise FAT, SAT of control system and equipment, control logic and software configuration checking before commissioning;

Work on project site to provide engineering support and manage the subcontractors;

Support discipline lead for development and improvement of ELV knowledge centre

Perform other works assigned by COC



Requirements：

Automation, Instrumentation education background

Related experience on engineering of I&C

With experience as the discipline lead to complete big projects

Electronic or pharmaceutical industrial experience is preferred.

Good knowledge of instrument and control system.

With enough construction site working experience.

Good communication skills

Proven skills and ability to effectively coordinate work assignment at all level within the company and with outside services and organizations

Self-motivated with energy and drive to deliver effective outcomes

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and AutoCAD
